Traveling by Car/Cab
Car is the easiest way to get to Adena Orchard. It’s about a 2.5 hour drive from NYC & 3.5 hours from Philadelphia.
PARKING: On-site parking is available.A golf cart will be available on Sat, Aug 22 to transport guests from the parking area to the ceremony location. It is about a 10 min walk otherwise. Unfortunately, the golf cart is not available on Friday, Aug 21st.
CARPOOLING/SHARED RIDES:If you have a license and are able to drive, we would be endlessly grateful if you could offer to carpool with other guests leaving from NYC. Please list your info on this spreadsheet so that our non-driving guests can reach out to you. If you need a ride but can't drive, please reach out to the drivers listed to see if they can accommodate you. CABS: Uber/Lyft is scarce in the area.Do not rely on it. There are other cab services on the mountain but they usually need to be pre-scheduled. Please reach out to the following cab companies to schedule with them directly: 1.Peak Transport 2. Dawn 2 Dusk 3. Journeymate 4. Hudson
Shuttle From Nearby Towns
While there will be parking at the venue, we will also be providing a shuttle on Sat, Aug 22nd between the venue and the nearby towns of Windham and Hunter, NY. Windham and Hunter have many hotels, sidewalks, and free parking.
PICKUP(going to Adena Orchard)
1- Hunter Elementary School @ 2:15 PM.

Parking: Please park on the street across from the school and walk over to the school. Look for the big yellow school bus - that will be your ride!
2- Taphouse Grille Windham @2:40 PM*
5359 NY 23, Windham, NY 12496
Parking: Please either park on the street or park in the free municipal lot located behind the Masonic Temple and Windham Diner (lol) - 5345 NY-23, Windham, New York 12496.
*Taphouse Grille also happens to be the location of our afterparty from 9pm-12pm! Park there if you plan on coming to the afterparty.
DROP-OFF (leaving Adena Orchard)
The shuttle will pick up at Adena Orchard and drop off at Taphouse Grille Windham & Hunter Elementary School in two rounds. Bus 1 leaves: 9:10 PM. Bus 2 leaves:10pm.

Traveling by Plane
The closest airport to the venue is Albany International Airport, about 1 hour and 15 minutes away. You can rent a car there and drive south.
You can also opt to fly into John F Kennedy International Airport, Newark International Airport, or La Guardia Airport (which often have more direct flights from more locations) and drive north.
Traveling by Bus
Buses come into Windham, NY and Hunter, NY from major cities. You can look up bus tickets using the following website: Wanderu.

Hotels around Adena Orchard don’t really do hotel blocks … we tried! We’re recommending a couple of places for you to consider for your stay below. Towns with an asterisk (*) will have a stop on our shuttle bus route. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or suggestions!
