Traveling by Car
Car is the easiest way to get to Adena Orchard. It’s about a 2.5 hour drive from NYC & 3.5 hours from Philadelphia. Let us know in the RSVP if you’re looking to carpool or hitch a ride and we’ll see what we can do!
On-site parking is available. A golf cart will be available on Aug 22 to transport guests from the parking area to the ceremony location.
Note: Uber/Lyft is scarce in the area.Do not rely on it.Dawn to Dusk Car Service is the most reliable cab service on the mountain but usually needs to be pre-scheduled. Please reach out to them directly for more information.
Shuttle From Nearby Towns
We will be providing a shuttle on Aug 22nd between the venue and nearby towns Windham and Hunter, NY. Windham and Hunter have many hotels, sidewalks, and free parking.
When you RSVP, please indicate if you’d like to make use the provided shuttle so that we can get a head count. More detailed shuttle pickup and drop-off information will be shared in mid‑July. Check back here for details. No shuttle will be provided on August 21st.
Traveling by Plane
The closest airport to the venue is Albany International Airport, about 1 hour and 15 minutes away. You can rent a car there and drive south.
You can also opt to fly into John F Kennedy International Airport, Newark International Airport, or La Guardia Airport (which often have more direct flights from more locations) and drive north.
Traveling by Bus
Buses come into Windham, NY and Hunter, NY from major cities. You can look up bus tickets using the following website: Wanderu.

Hotels around Adena Orchard don’t really do hotel blocks … we tried! We’re recommending a couple of places for you to consider for your stay below. Towns with an asterisk (*) will have a stop on our shuttle bus route. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or suggestions!
